Decaf is a nice replacement for the ritual, but I do miss the caffeine.

Good for you. Trust your instincts. As others have said ginger ale is a good alternative (especially if it's Canada Dry which is made with real ginger---great if you get morning sickness *wink wink*).

I don't know if you're a tea drinker but there are lots of caffeine free teas out there...my fave is Decaf Tetley Orange Pekoe with a little milk and sugar...it will get you that warm drink feeling you may miss (though you don't seem to drink much hot coffee).

If you get withdrawal headaches, a nice cold cloth on the head helps...good luck!Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01188647040919744592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067490622767117214.post-37478466220097109162011-05-03T08:31:12.959-04:002011-05-03T08:31:12.959-04:00good luck!good luck!cdghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13174907373129154516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067490622767117214.post-36474345108290421252011-05-03T03:07:37.042-04:002011-05-03T03:07:37.042-04:00I am, for the most part, caffeine free when cyclin...I am, for the most part, caffeine free when cycling.

However, they can take my chocolate from my cold, dead, vasoconstricted hands.

I assume any child of mine would agree. ;)Marissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12335092755332310967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067490622767117214.post-6764149665903143982011-05-02T22:18:28.404-04:002011-05-02T22:18:28.404-04:00Good for you!
