Hi everyone...
Sorry my mommy hasn't been around much! She's been very busy taking care of me. So I thought I would do a post. Yes, I am a genius baby and can type already. Life has been good to me so far. Mommy and Daddy do silly things to get me to smile all the time. Sometimes, it's not really that funny but I smile anyways so I don't hurt their feelings. The thing on my neck (mom and dad call it a hemangioma) seems to be getting a little better. I don't scream anymore when they bathe me or get me dressed, so I think it's healing! I'm back to kind of loving my baths again! Mommy uses this foamy lavender soap that I love and even sometimes uses a soap that leaves me smelling like apple pie! In the past two weeks or so I realized I have two hands attached to my arms. These things are delicious and I can't stop trying to eat them!! I tried out my bumbo seat this week! It was pretty awesome (for a little while) and then I wanted out. I've been enjoying swinging at the toys hanging from my playmat. I'm just realizing if I hit them they will move! I may have had it out with Sophie the Giraffe the other day. I kept swinging at her until she fell down. Probably not very nice of me, but mommy thought it was funny. My neck is getting stronger. I still cry quite a bit but my colic is definitely improving!! So that's making mom and dad happy. I am so alert and LOVE to look around at everything! There are some pretty cool things to look at in this world Don't know what all these things are, but they are cool to look at. I have been sleeping in my crib this week at night. Mommy put my bouncer in the crib to get me used to it. I'm sleeping great! I usually go down around 9:45-10 until about 4 or 5 when I wake mommy up to feed me! And most of the time I'll go back down after that for a little while. Mommy bought me a cute bird nightlight from PBK and it makes being alone in the dark not as scary! Still don't like napping much during the day, but if Mommy and Daddy take me in the car, it's LIGHTS OUT for me. My reflux (as Mommy, Daddy and Dr. G call it) has been pretty rough the last week. I've been spitting my milk back up quite a bit. I don't like it. It tastes better going down, than coming up! The other night I fire-hose-puked all over Daddy. He almost puked too. This past weekend I went in the pool for the first time at my Nana and Papa's house! At first, I didn't really like the feel of the cold water (didn't feel like a bath!) but after a little while I was sort of okay with it. But they didn't keep me in there very long. Nana and Papa bought me a little pool too, but the water was too cold for me! I can't wait to use it next time. I have a few appointments this week to go to and on Friday I see Dr. G again. They are going to check my weight and I've been coughing (a dry cough, the reflux maybe?)and sneezing a bit. The 'rents are nervous I have a cold or something! No fever though. Dr. G said he might try me on food at 4 months! Mmmmm, bring on the cereal!! I want some Oatmeal too. And when my fine motor skills get going, I want those little puffs that I see all the other kids eating. They look yummy. Well, I better go. Almost time for my bottle and bedtime.
Until next time...

Okay, I had no idea your daughter's middle name is Roselyn. Ryan and I recently decided if we are ever blessed with another girl, her name will be Roselyn, after his grandma and my middle name combined! :) Love this post, by the way. She is a doll!!
GORGEOUS!
What a dollbaby she is! SO BEAUTIFUL! This is the awesomest (yep that's a word!) post ever! :)
Hehehe this post made me smile.......a LOT! i love that little peanut so much!!! xoxo
So glad things are getting a little better:). By the way, our GI specialist introduced solids for Jax at 4 months old and it made a HUGE difference! As he grew, the more solids he ate, the better he did:).
Wow your daughter is a genius. I liked the post update and found it quite amusing to have it stated from your daughter's point of view.
You are such a sweetie! SO happy things are going well and you are feeling better.
Aw love this post! So happy to hear she's doing a good stretch for you at night and her neck is bothering her less!
Love her precious smile! Great to hear all of the improvements.
Love that it's from her perspective...too cute!
Thanks for the update Sam. Amelia can't wait to see you again.
