Long story short...

Im making the call tomorrow to set up an appt at a new RE clinic. I'm going to finish this cycle, and then...see ya! I had another negative experience with the same nurse today and it finally hit me that I do not have to deal with that! I'll explain what happened in a post tomorrow. I've re-hashed it about a million times today and just dont really want to talk about it anymore.

I also doubled my dose of Bravelle tonight. Today is day 8 of shots. My lab results from this morning didnt come back good, but after a rude and rough phone call to the RE's office, I pretty much told them I wanted it doubled. Nothing is happening still in the baby bakery and my numbers suck. So, really things arent looking good for this cycle...

Like I said, Ill explain more tomorrow...

On a positive note, my fertility necklace came today! Im so excited about it. This (also) I will post more about tomorrow :)

There's a whole lot of "tomorrow" in this post. Sorry. Just hoping the sun will come out tomorrow...in a total "Annie" kind of way :)

I hope the double dose helps things along and glad you found a way to avoid the mean nurse! I hate you have to switch clinics, but if it helps you, then it is for the best! Please write a letter after you switch and maybe the next person won't have a terrible experience with her either..she obviously is the one that needs to leave!
Fertility necklace? Anxious to hear about this :)

i'm sorry that you've had to put up with that nurse. it's really sad that her negativity has to affect others. i hope you find a clinic where you're treated well and taken care of. good luck! i can't wait to hear about the necklace, too!

Hi! Just caught up on your blog, so sorry about your experience. I work with patients in my line of work and ALWAYS treat them as I would want to be treated, I definately think that if they ask why you are switching you let them know why. Thinking of you and saying a few prayers :-)

Clearly a case of getting what you put up with from that nurse. Medical care doesn't have to be that way for what you financially and emotionally invest.

I was hoping it would become clear ASAP even if it meant another bad experience for you. Beyond glad you are making a change. Best wishes!

Good for you sticking up for yourself. Keep us posted on what is going on, I hope things start to move along in there, so frustrating.

Ew - so glad that you're going somewhere where you feel like you're important and being taken care of. This journey is emotional and expensive enough without dealing with jerks.

I hope this cycle pulls through as a positive one for you!
